La Belle de Coteau-du-Lac offers in season, at its boutique on the Coteau-du-lac farm, his products<\/strong> as well as a selection of taste favorites from regional producers<\/strong>. Le Jardin chez Julie et Lova also sells its organic vegetables there. La Belle also has a sales network for its fresh and processed products extending beyond the Vaudreuil-Soulanges territory, particularly in Beauharnois-Valleyfield-Haut-Saint-Laurent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Built in 2015 by La Belle de Coteau-du-lac and Le Jardin chez Julie and Lova, our joint sales store offers the region's population the fresh fruits and vegetables produced by our two market gardening businesses. We also find processed products from La Belle, different meats that we produce on the farm as well as a selection of local products from producer friends.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

In the microwave<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a7 Remove about \u00bc cup of kernels from the whole ears of La Belle de Coteau-du-Lac (the kernels come off better if you break the ear in two)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a7 Place the grains in a brown paper bag<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a7 Cook for approximately 3 minutes or until the spacing between the bursting of two grains is approximately 10 to 15 seconds**<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a7 Remove from microwave carefully.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a7 Season to taste or mix popcorn with dehydrated strawberries from La Belle de Coteau-du-Lac for a healthy snack<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a7 Store leftovers in an airtight container<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a7 Makes approximately 2 servings<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
