Welcome to the Festiv'Halloween page, Domaine La Belle's new project celebrating the season of horror! Its activities will take place during the 4 Fridays (from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.) and the 4 Saturdays (from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m.) from October 9 to 31, 2020. The renowned Cursed Domain which has made thousands of visitors jump, scream but also sometimes laugh and cry for 10 years is the flagship event of the Festiv'Halloween.

The Festiv'Halloween will therefore be three activities distributed in three distinct entertainment zones on the farm, each having a different degree of intensity of fear. These activities are renowned Cursed Domain (high intensity) then The Abominable Corn Maze (intermediate and moderate intensity) and some Fantastic Fun Fair (fun atmosphere). The activity of the Fantasque funfair was canceled in 2020 to comply with health and government standards in place.
The Cursed Domain, it's 300 meters of continuous horror. If you are not yet a regular, you will be stunned by the originality, the production and the quantity of details included in each of its different macabre and animated scenes (evening entertainment only).
The Domaine Maudit course is located on the east side of Route 201. It includes a part inside and behind the ancestral sheds of the farm.
On the Domaine Le Belle side, west of route 201, other Festiv'Halloween activities will take place. Either The Abominable Corn Maze to explore which will see other impressive scenes emerge among its paths, also animated by lugubrious characters (evening entertainment only).
Then Fantastic Fun Fair will be located in front of the corn maze next to the play area made from recycled materials at Domaine La Belle. The play area and reception silo will take on the appearance of a Halloween funfair. Music, games of skill and strength for young and old, then campfires will await visitors in this part. Popcorn, marshmallows and non-alcoholic beverages will also be on sale on site. The activity of the Fantasque funfair was canceled in 2020 to comply with health and government standards in place.
Also a pick-your-own pumpkin and popcorn cob field will be open to visitors on Saturday afternoons and evenings (the plots will be lit in the evening)
If the Domaine Maudit will be the most intense part of the Festiv'Halloween, the part near the Domaine La Belle will be more suitable for less adventurous children. The corn maze being less busy than the continuous route of the Domaine Maudit.
The little story of the Festiv’Halloween…
Alexandre Isabelle, the founder of Domaine Maudit (since 2011) is also one of the four owners of La Belle de Coteau-du-lac. In 2019, Alexandre began to pair his first baby: Le Domaine Maudit (a haunted house trail started in his adolescence) with the agro-tourism activities of Domaine la Belle (his second baby), which he has been developing since 2018 with his brother Marc-André and his parents Céline and Luc.
Given the success obtained by the approach in 2019, the four owners of La Belle de Coteau-du-lac decided to further integrate Domaine Maudit among the other Halloween activities of Domaine La Belle and to give it a name in 2020. to all of these activities: The Festiv’Halloween.

Health standards
Due to the current pandemic situation, Festiv'Halloween activities will be adapted to make the experience as safe as possible for visitors, entertainers and those responsible. The main change compared to recent years is that we will limit large crowds on the farm. To achieve this, we set up an online store where Visitors must reserve and purchase their tickets at least two hours in advance and choose a specific arrival time. If our time slots are not full, we will have a certain number of places to let people in without reservation. But if you show up without a ticket on a busy evening or we are full for the evening, you may wait at the door for a while or be unable to enter.
The route will be arranged so that the facilitators are at least two meters away from the visitors. Disinfectant liquids will be installed at the entrance to each entertainment area.
We will also ask people to cooperate and respect social distancing on site and on the trails. Wearing a mask will be required everywhere on the site, indoors and outdoors.
